Sage 300 Virtual Key Solutions Summit Reunites Ecosystem

Robert Lavery and Associates, a leader in the representation of Sage integrated solutions, joined hands with REPAY,  to host a successful two-day virtual Sage 300 Ecosystem Summit.  The event was also sponsored by 16 integrated Sage 300 ISV solutions who shared their expertise. Key Solutions 2021 was a tremendous success, bringing together both Sage partners and end-users for two days of product education, road-map discussions, as well as integration walk-throughs.

As we in the Sage ecosystem continue to push forward to support businesses throughout North America, the level of participation seen during the event provided critical insight to how businesses are adapting and growing today.  During the REPAY session, we highlighted the importance of partner and customer feedback, while providing an in-depth understanding of the trends that are driving change in the B2B payments space.  Some of the noteworthy B2B Payments Trends from the ‘The State of the Connected Customer’ report are: 

  • 82% of B2B Buyers want the same experience when they are making business purchases as they have when making personal purchases
  •  75% of B2B Buyers say that having a connected process is important to winning business
  • 75% of B2B Buyers used social media to support purchasing decisions

The keynote speakers, Regina Crowshaw, the Director of ISV Partner Strategy & Sales and Programs, North America at Sage and Todd Black, the Director of Partner Commerce at Sage, highlighted the importance of reaching beyond functionality available out-of-the-box with Sage 300 and leveraging solutions available within the Sage ecosystem to streamline business processes and support existing business challenges. Robert Lavery added,
